Traditional Thai Massage

Traditional Thai massage is considered to be more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. Thai Massage is a dynamic and invigorating form of bodywork that combines assisted stretching, rhythmic compression, and movement techniques to promote flexibility and relaxation. Often referred to as Thai Yoga Massage, this treatment uses the therapist’s hands, arms, knees, and feet to guide the body through a variety of yoga-inspired stretches and positions. Many clients describe the experience as feeling similar to yoga, but without the effort on their part. Since no oils or lotions are used, sessions are performed while you remain comfortably clothed.
