Spa Policies
1. Age Requirements
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the massage room. For those between 16-18, an adult must be present to sign the intake form prior to the session.
2. Arrival Time
We encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out the intake form. Tardiness of more than 5 minutes may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent bookings.
3. Cancellation Policy
While we do not charge for cancellations, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make it. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients seeking wellness.
4. tardiness
If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a no-show and your appointment will be cancelled.
5. Medical Conditions
Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any health or medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before the massage.
6. Professional Boundaries
Inappropriate behavior or comments will not be tolerated. Any such behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for the full session fee.
7. What we use
We use a hypoallergenic nut free oil for our massages that is fragrance free and vegan. We also offer the alternative of Coconut Oil Serum which is a $10 add on.
8. client comfort
Clients should communicate their preferences regarding pressure, temperature, and any discomfort during the massage. It is the clients’ responsibility to stop the session and address their concerns and modifications at any time during the session.
9. massage packages
All packages are valid for 12 months after the first massage within the package is used.
10. Gift Certificates and Online Gift Certificates
All gift certificates are final sale and non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
