1. Age requirements

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an Adult in the massage room. For those between 16-18 an adult must come in to sign the intake form.

2. Arrival Time

Each client will be asked to fill out a brief intake form upon arrival. We encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, this could impact the length of your appointment.

3. Cancellation

While we will never charge you a fee for cancelling or not showing up to a scheduled appointment, if you are unable to make an appointment we encourage you to contact us at 843-955-8629 to reschedule or cancel.

4. Tardiness

If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a no-show and your appointment will be cancelled.

5. Medical Conditions
​

Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any health or medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before the massage.

6. Professional Boundaries
​

Inappropriate behavior or comments will not be tolerated. Any such behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for the full session fee.

7. What We Use
​

We use a hypoallergenic nut free oil for our massages that is fragrance free and vegan. We also offer the alternative of Coconut Oil Serum which is a $10 add on.

8. Client Comfort

Clients should communicate their preferences regarding pressure, temperature, and any discomfort during the massage.

It is the clients’ responsibility to stop the session and address their concerns and modifications at any time during the session.

9. Massage Packages
​

All packages are valid for 12 months after the first massage within the package is used.

10. Gift Certificates and Online Gift Certificates

All gift certificates are final sale and non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
